Delivery, Returns & Privacy Policy Effective date: 2026-09-09 MagicMall is operated by NATURE BEAUTY PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED. 1. Delivery We currently deliver within Singapore only. Orders are normally dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is expected within 3 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays. Delivery fees and any free-delivery offers are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance. Please provide an accurate delivery address, unit number and mobile number. If redelivery is needed because of incorrect information or a missed delivery, we will inform you of any additional charges before arranging it. 2. Order Changes and Cancellations To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will assist where the order has not yet been dispatched. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once dispatch has occurred. 3. Returns and Exchanges For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened, used or unsealed products. For unopened products with their original seals and packaging intact, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, correctly stored and in resaleable condition. Customers bear return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns. If a product arrives damaged, defective, expired or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where available, photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund. We bear reasonable return delivery costs where the problem is our responsibility. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods under applicable Singapore law. 4. Refunds Once a refund is approved and any required returned goods have been received and checked, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 【refund processing time】 business days. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We will inform you of the approved refund amount and any applicable delivery-fee treatment. 5. Prices and Taxes All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD). Applicable GST, if chargeable by our business, is included in displayed prices. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before payment. Please review the final total before confirming your order. 6. Privacy and Personal Data We collect information needed to operate your account and fulfil your purchases, including your name, mobile number, delivery address, order details, payment status and customer-service correspondence. We use this information to verify sign-ins, process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal obligations. Payments are processed through Stripe. MagicMall does not store your full payment-card number or card security code. Mobile verification messages are delivered through our SMS service provider, Chuanglan (253). We may share necessary information with payment, SMS, delivery and hosting providers to deliver these services. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps to provide protection comparable to that required under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. We use essential cookies to maintain sign-in sessions, shopping bags and language preferences. We do not use consent to this policy as consent to receive marketing messages. We apply reasonable security measures and retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or applicable legal and business requirements.
